This villa is one of the Mykonos’ largest residential estates. It staddles an upspoilt and rocky cape between the beaches of Elia and Agrari and Super Paradise. The estate affords endless views to the south, showcasing a panorama of islands: Donoussa, Naxos, Paros, Antiparos and Ios.

The aesthetically landscaped grounds include a sweeping drive – way and dramatic entrance rotunda, a secluded heliport, a cozy firepit and secondary entrance and access road. The property consists of a central house called the Playhouse, with the pool, the main communal spaces, and a private cinema. Built as a satellite around which a master suite is situated and then, above that, a typical Mykonian house offers a further 4 suites with dramatic views.

In the master suite, all the balcony doors are able to be opened from inside and out allowing a great flow in the space. Once you park your car at the entrance pergola, you enter from the principal balcony door into the living room with a wood burning fireplace. To the right, there is a guest WC and a sleek pantry and bar counter. To the left is the double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

A short distance away, the remainder of the suites are housed in a typical Mykonian building, again with dramatic views. Suite 1 is on the first floor, offers double bedroom with en suite bathroom. 3 steps up there is a second single bedroom with separate bathroom and walk in closet area. The suite has also a small balcony with breakfast table and sleeps three. Suite 2 includes a large double bedroom with bookcases, desk and to the right up 3 steps is an impressive bathroom with twin vanities and sinks, marble shower and WC stalls and a huge bath tube. There is also a spacious terrace for sunbathing and a dining table and sleeps two. Next door to Suites 1 and 2 there and Suites 3 and 4. You enters through a courtyard, which can be shared by Suites 1 and 2, with a delightful dining area and icemaker.

You enter into Suites 3 and 4 through a living area with a sofa and table plus a full pantry with hob food warming drawer and a half refrigerator. To the left is Suite 3 which boasts a sunny double bedroom with a spacious bathroom and to the rights you enter into Suite 4 through its roomy walk-in closet area and through its bathroom. There is also an attractive gatehouse which has another double bedroom, a huge desk, and a laptop with 32” inch screen plus bathroom. This is available at extra cost. This building houses the estate’s professional kitchen which can cook dinners for up to 120 people. All suites enjoy smart televisions with an entertainment system, Wi-Fi access, Nespresso machines, lap top safes, stationary supplies, in room refrigerators, full heating and air conditioning, heated towel rails, fresh toiletries and elegant Italian sunbeds!
